Paid Items (In-App Purchases) Terms

These terms (the "Terms") define the conditions for using paid items (the "Items") provided within the App. By using the App, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.


Article 1 (About Paid Items)

Paid items offered within the App are one-time purchase digital content. By purchasing an item, the user obtains the right to use the item within the App. Paid items do not guarantee permanent operation or future availability.

Article 2 (Usage Environment)

Items are provided based on the App and operating environment at the time of purchase. Items may stop functioning properly due to OS updates, device changes, or changes by manufacturers or carriers. The developer assumes no responsibility for these issues.

Article 3 (Updates and Continued Provision)

The developer is not obligated to provide continuous updates or improvements for the App or Items. The developer may change, suspend, or terminate the provision of the App or Items without notice.

Article 4 (Service Termination)

The developer may terminate the provision of the App or Items for operational or technical reasons. After termination, items may no longer be usable.

Article 5 (Refunds)

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not provided after purchase. However, the refund policies of platforms such as the Google Play Store take precedence.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The developer is not responsible for any damages incurred by users from using the App or Items. The App and Items are provided on an "as-is" basis.

Article 7 (Changes to the Terms)

The developer may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted in the App or on related websites.

Article 8 (Governing Law)

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
